Do we have costumes for all age groups?

Yes, Costume City has a range of costumes to suit toddlers all the way up to adults.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Closed on National Holidays).

How long is one hire period for?

Each hire period is for three (3) days including the collection and return day.

EG: Collect your costume on a Tuesday and it is due back by end of business on Thursday.

In instances where the return day is a Sunday or national holiday, the costume is due back on following work day.

I'm looking for something extra special, do you have a makeup service?

We have our own makeup artist for those special events like Halloween or any other occasion.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts when you hire five (5) sets of costumes or more.

Do I need to clean the costume before returning it?

No need to clean the costume prior to returning it. It's all part of the service.

To mantain our high standards all costumes are cleaned by our own staff using high quality products and the latest steam cleaning technology.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, this is standard in the costume hire industry.

Your security deposit is fully refundable except for deductions for late returns or damage.

Apart from the payment, do I need to provide anything else to hire a costume?

Please bring some form of photo ID like a KTP, Drivers Licence, or Passport.
